Splankna Healing & Listening Prayer
Splankna gently addresses trauma, anxiety, and emotional stress at the root through muscle response testing and prayer. This work restores alignment in the mind, body, and spirit — not just symptom relief.
Listening Prayer is also offered online for those seeking Spirit-led clarity and healing in a guided session. Sessions range from 1–3 hours.

Intentional strength training for every season of life — youth, adults, seniors, and pre/postnatal clients.
With a foundation in corrective exercise, sessions focus on alignment, stability, and sustainable progress.
